We had an excellent stay. When we got there, we had no power in camper. The owners were very helpful in supplying me with a drop cord to run to my freezer so that stuff did not spoil. Next day I found the problem and the rest of the stay was excellent. The staff were all very helpful with Gettysburg sightseeing and were all very friendly. I do plan on returning again and recommend this campground.

We love staying at Gettysburg Campground. We live a short distance away but a weekend camping away always feels like a vacation. The campground is always clean and quiet. The new layer of stones has really improved the driving paths. Thank you! The staff is always helpful and friendly. We look forward to our next weekend camping trip to Gettysburg Campground!

Stayed 4 nights and still didn't see everything we wanted to see within driving area. The park is centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. Can't wait to go back and will stay here again without hesitation. The staff was GREAT, helpful, friendly and willing to help us if needed. Used the laundry room which was super CLEAN and efficient. Large shaded spot (although it was record low temps when we were there). We have a small dog and there was plenty of room to walk her. We had heard about this camp ground from friends and we are so glad we listened. Would highly recommend this campground!

we have camped here three years in a row now. There are other campgrounds in the area, but there is no reason to go anywhere else. This time we went camping there with someone else so wanted adjoining sites. We each had our reservations and when we got there we were directed to our site. When we were getting into our truck to drive to the site, the owner met us and asked us which site we were going to. He thought a bit and he said "that site is kind of small, why not take the next site instead?" We would have been fine with the site we had reservations for, but the one he suggested was much nicer. He didn't need to do that, but it was very thoughtful.
