Two years of camping in the Fall at Kalyumet and we have enjoyed both times VERY much. It is quiet midweek but the store is still open and the grounds are kept up perfectly. Wonderful restroom facilities, lots of places to walk with our dog---the campground is very pet friendly, and the hosts are pleasant and helpful. Very close to Cook Forest and all the amenities and hiking, though many places are only open on weekends in September. Also close to the town of Clarion if you decide NOT to cook at camp one night or need to purchase something not available at the campgrounds store. Would highly recommend this campgrounds and will definitely be returning again. The only thing that could be improved is making the fishing pond actually available for fishing---it is really not quite as shown on the website. Other than that we love this place!

Kids activities were wonderful! Everyone was very friendly. Campground was nice and bathroom/showers were very clean. We can't wait for spring to go back!

We as a club had a great time. it was very quite, and well maintained. The staff was very good to us. We plan to come back to this campground when we come back to cooks forest.
