It may be a bit pricey but when you consider all the amenities and closeness to area attractions, it's really unique. One of the best RV parks we've ever been to.

We have been coming to LGRV Park for over 25 years. For family camping at it's best, this is THE LOCATION! Four generations of my family have been on the park. There is truely something for everyone, and the grandkids love the facilities, which makes for an easy camping experince.

It was a great weekend, as usual, weather was spectacular for this time of year. We have been camping here for over 25 years and camp with a group of about 7 families. The staff usually knows all of us by name, and are always pleasant when we come in to register. I don't get a lot of time off, and I really look forward to my "Lake George Weekends". Can't wait for '12 season! Rick

Awesome October at LGRV Park...staff goes out of their way to give you the best possible camping experience in the beautiful Adirondacks. Lots to see and do....fall foliage hikes, easy to get into village of Lake George via trolley buses, outlet shopping to keep our economy going, and clean and well maintained facilities on Park site. We were pleased with the recent addition of table tennis since this sport is really taking off in our area with many table tennis clubs being established. Only suggestion to improve would be to have a slightly different layout for the tables...or someday have them enclosed in their own pavilion. We no longer have young children but did see both shows offered at the French Mt. Playhouse and we were thoroughly entertained...saw entire families from the very young to the "more mature" having a fun time. We never hesitate to recommend LGRV park to anyone wanting the full package in a great location. : )

Lake George RV park is a destination in itself. While the Lake George area has a lot to offer, the RV park provides a unique resort atmosphere. When in the area, don't miss taking a ride up Mount Prospect for the 100 mile view.

Close to all things to do in lake george area. Campground and staff are very nice. This is my 3rd trip and I will return.

We love the campground Booked this trip about 4 months ago with a group for 5 sites total and requested certain sites which for the 3rd year in a row we did not get. They moved us around the corner which turned out ok but there is a huge secrecy to the site request portion of your reservation for some reason. They tell you you won't or they don't know your site number until you actually check in. They don't guarantee a site request but try to get you near your requested area. My thoughts are that if you give them your money 4, 5 or 6 months in advance especially with a group the least they could do is honr your site request. I even asked if we booked a year in advance would we get our site and they said it ups your chances but still no guarantee. We have been going there for years and have brought many new customers to them who keep going back I think there could be a little less secrecy and a little more transparency with the request portion.

There needs to be a balance for animal lovers and those of us who do not want to be around them as we camp. For the third straight year we have been put next to a family camping with two dogs (one small and one large). hey tied their dogs up to trees behind their camper and every time we went behind to start a campfire or throw some trash away in our tras container the large one would bark and lunge at us. In addition, the larger dog would whine constantly when the people were not outside their camper paying attention to it. It does no good to complain as the service people won't do anything about it. Also, we pay a high price to camp there and we should get free Wi-Fi service. We have tried to connect three time to the pay-per-use company and still could not get to the Internet. We then have to call that third party company and fight to get a refund. We normally stay off and on for about three weeks per year and are considering going somewhere else as we are tired of camping next to people who do not take care of their dogs and impose them on other people. Please understand that I do not hate dogs...I dislike lazy and neglectful dog owners!

Eventhough the weather was not ideal while we were there, there were plenty of activities to keep our family busy. When the weather was nice, we enjoyed all the outdoor activities as well. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The park was immaculate.
