Description

Some of the most famous attractions in the world are right outside your door when staying at Las Vegas RV Resort in beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada, with easy access to I-15. Known as the 'entertainment capital of the world', the fabulous Las Vegas Strip is only minutes away, yet you'll be in a peaceful, secluded environment with a mountain view at the campground, which offers a convenient online reservation system. The first class adults-only facility offers all the comforts of resort living, with a lovely clubhouse, heated pool, and spa.

For outdoor fun, Las Vegas style, a visit to Lake Mead, the largest man-made lake in the western hemisphere, is essential. The beautiful Colorado River provides exciting rafting tours as well as hot springs and great fishing for rainbow trout. Hiking is fantastic at these natural sites, with the amazing flora and fauna of southern Nevada yours to explore.

A trip to see the Hoover Dam, the 726 feet structure that controls the Colorado River is a must given its close proximity to the RV Park. A visitor's center provides insight into the construction of the massive dam, an amazing feat of engineering, and of course, no trip to Las Vegas would be complete without paying a visit to the incredible themed casinos that line the strip. There's no gamble about it, whether you're in Vegas to woo Lady Luck or to enjoy the fantastic natural attractions of the area, there is something for everyone when you stay at Las Vegas RV Resort, a fabulous desert retreat.

Great Campground

This is a great campground. Friendly people, excellent security, nice pool and spa, wifi was fine for emails, and surfing, but not so good for streaming. Not sure I would walk to Sam's town in the evening, but fine by day. Only a couple blocks. As long as their $29 rate holds, this will be my place to stay.

Failure of management
0 % of users found this review helpful
A nice place to stay, but the manager in charge failed to warn campers about black asphalt dust that gets on your shoes from the area and gets tracked into your motor home. We spent our first three hours cleaning carpet. Her solution to the problem was "take your shoes off", which is fine if you are warned. Management did show concern when it is tracked into their showers. Their solution to that was take 2 pair of shower shoes. When complaints were made to management about not being warned " oh well, take your shoes off"so camper beware, take about 10 pair of shoes and plenty of carpet shampoo.

Everything was super but I wish they had grass rather then rocks between the pads. Very friendly and helpful and Quite at night. Not a Kids KOA which was a plus for us.
