Description

Some of the most famous attractions in the world are right outside your door when staying at Las Vegas RV Resort in beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada, with easy access to I-15. Known as the 'entertainment capital of the world', the fabulous Las Vegas Strip is only minutes away, yet you'll be in a peaceful, secluded environment with a mountain view at the campground, which offers a convenient online reservation system. The first class adults-only facility offers all the comforts of resort living, with a lovely clubhouse, heated pool, and spa.

For outdoor fun, Las Vegas style, a visit to Lake Mead, the largest man-made lake in the western hemisphere, is essential. The beautiful Colorado River provides exciting rafting tours as well as hot springs and great fishing for rainbow trout. Hiking is fantastic at these natural sites, with the amazing flora and fauna of southern Nevada yours to explore.

A trip to see the Hoover Dam, the 726 feet structure that controls the Colorado River is a must given its close proximity to the RV Park. A visitor's center provides insight into the construction of the massive dam, an amazing feat of engineering, and of course, no trip to Las Vegas would be complete without paying a visit to the incredible themed casinos that line the strip. There's no gamble about it, whether you're in Vegas to woo Lady Luck or to enjoy the fantastic natural attractions of the area, there is something for everyone when you stay at Las Vegas RV Resort, a fabulous desert retreat.

By far this is the best RV resort we have stayed at in Las Vegas. We normally stay at a location on the strip (for years). However security was proving to be their last priority. We felt very secure and the staff always made us feel like we were welcomed and not a bother to them. We stayed right next to the dog run/ pet area and it was well maintained and did not have an odor. Our dog loved it. I am happy to say they have won our business.

Our main purpose was to stay with family while in Las Vegas, it was a last minute decision to stay at the resort and our experience was great. Being new to RVing, we weren't sure what to expect. First up was the office, reserving our space was effortless, and a very friendly welcome. We stayed 3 days during the heat wave and received wonderful tips on how to survive and keep the rv cooler. Ended up having to call for maintenance and the on site support was there within a couple of minutes, returned with an electrician and again the service was friendly and helpful. The grounds & facilities are clean, on site support friendly, available and noticeable. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Visited Hoover Dam, Fremont, the Strip and had a wonderful lunch at Maccayos, a small Mexican restaurant on Charleston.

Don't book here

Charged us $20 To cancel even though it was over 2 days early. They were having record setting heat, and fires burning on our route closing roads making extreme driving time to get there made our decision to alter plans on the fly for us. We would have canceled because of heat alone. It was killing people in Pheonix, and we could not get out of it fast enough. They had plenty of time to rebook, but chose to rip us off instead. (I would have said steal the money, but thats their policy and we knew it). It's only 20 bucks, so not a big amount to us, but no business should take money for services they did not provide. Do not book here unless you intend to go come hell or high water!
