My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay at Leaf Verde with the exception of very poor WI-FI service and for this reason and because people today rely so heavily on WI-FI service I have to give the park an 8/10 rating. The park is clean well kept,friendly and close to shopping and all amenities. If the WI-FI service was improved,it would rate a 10/10.

We have been staying at this park for the past five years, we are there 3 or 4 times a year to visit family. It is always in great condition with continual upgrades. The staff is fantastic and will help with anything you ask. Management is on site to handle any situation that may come up. Great activities during the winter season. You can't find a better park for the value in the Phoenix area.

Overall experience was great, staff is wonderful, the only complaint was the consistent excess noise of a racing motorcycle every morning between 4-5 am. Management assured us they would correct this issue for next year.

we recently left leaf verde after a one month stay in c9 we are traveling north and even though we have found some pleasant places to stay nothing compares to leaf verde. from the moment we arrived were were treated with respect and kindness and we truly felt welcome. we have made a reservation to stay there all next winter.

This was our first year to snow bird & we had a very good time & a good learning experience. We stayed the whole winter. The park is very pet friendly with there dog parks the cleanest & well kept I've ever seen. The park it's self was clean, with the staff as well as the owner's always friendly. Luke Air force planes do make regular/daily fly overs & you are close to the freeway. Shopping & other shops/eating/medical, ect. is all within a mile. Plenty of sites/activities to see. There are activities within the park scheduled. I do wish there had been a fitness room with equipment. I do not like organized fitness programs. We would stay again & do recommend Leaf Verde as a winter stay in Arizona.

This was the second year that we stayed at Leaf Verde. We enjoyed our time there very much and as we became more familiar with the management and staff and of course the friends that we made, it became more like home each day. The facilities are excellent and the activities make the park a fun place to be. The location works well for shopping, restaurants and of course baseball spring training. If you need to go to the city, it's easily accessible down the freeway. We will definitely return next winter to see all of our new friends again.

LV is perfect and heaven from the entrance to the end of your stay. Staff, facilities, activities, pool, people are wonderful. This was our second trip south and the weather did not co-operate as much, but we ended up staying onsite and enjoying it more. Wondering if we can ever get to see Tucson and Bisbee and even Mesa market on our next trip?? We realize that because LV is run by the best TEAM (there is no "i" in team eh!!) Scott, Sandi and gang are the best... Cannot wait for the next visit

Stayed at Leaf Verde in Buckeye, AZ for three days at the beginning of March of this year. Well maintained park with friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable rates and conveniently located near major roads.

Camping at Leaf Verde was a fun and very relaxing experience. People are frendly and the staff is always frendly, courteous, and helpful. I feel that Leaf Verde is an affordable experience for people who like to escape the snow and cold for part or all of winter.
