Great RV Resort

We would definitely stay at the resort again. Only concern is no concrete pads when you get off of your RV. I use an electric scooter and it is harder to go on the grass

Totally enjoyed camping here again. The restrooms are exceptional and the shuttle to Trade Days makes visiting there much more enjoyable.

Excellent campground

As usual it was a fast and easy check in and the spot was very clean and nicely set up with lots of room for our vehicle to park off the street.
One of the shuttle buses was so nice and very comfortable. The older shuttle bus was not so nice and I hope that eventually it will be replaced with something more updated and air conditioned.
All in all....we enjoyed our stay at Mill Creek and will return next April First Monday.

Love Mill Creek

My husband and I like to come to Canton Trade Days about 2 times a year which lasts for 4 days. When we come to Canton we stay as Mill Creek which is one of the best campgrounds we have ever stayed at (and we have stayed at many campgrounds). We will be back for sure.

After staying at Mill Creek last year we drove an extra 3 hours to stay again this year on our way home from Arizona. Beautiful RV park with super facilities and friendly and helpful staff. One of our favorite camping spots.

Perfect stay for our girls trip!
0 % of users found this review helpful
My girlfriends and I just returned from our weekend getaway in Canton, where we went for First Monday Trade Days. The Mill Creek Ranch Resort was the perfect place for my friends and I to enjoy a great weekend of shopping. Mill Creek's cottages were adorable and spacious enough for four girls. We surprised one of our friends with a baby shower while we were there, and the full kitchen amenities made the event feel more like home since we were able to decorate the house and warm up in the oven a casserole we had prepared at home the night before. And although we didn't use them, the available in-cottage washer and dryer were great amenities, as well.
In addition to the wonderful cottages, the staff at Mill Creek were so friendly! The shuttle and golf cart drivers were beyond accommodating and were so welcoming from the minute we got there. They were always quick to respond when we needed picking up from our cottage, and the longest we had to wait for a shuttle to get to and from the market was 15 minutes, even though most shuttles picked us up within 5-10 minutes.
I would highly recommend this resort to my friends ... and already have, in fact! It's the perfect weekend getaway, and my friends and I enjoyed it so much that we're already making plans to return in the fall.

Where I slept after shopping

This is a very lovely spot - quiet and relaxing. The room was clean. For the most part, staff was responsive. We had a minor problem that in the grand scheme of things didn't really change our general opinion of the resort. When we arrived, we were expecting to find a sleeper sofa in our cabin, accommodating up to 4 people (because that's what the web site describes). However, our 3-person group was assigned an Accessible room that has a queen size bed only. Staff provided a blow-up matress. However, it was quickly apparent that the mattress had a hole in it. When I called the man answering the phone told me that was the only mattress they had. He offered no options or suggestions. We were on our own. We hoped for the best, refilling the mattress periodically, but by morning the unfortunate sleeper was basically on the floor. I went to the Grand Lodge and spoke with a woman. She offered to move us to a cabin with a sleeper sofa (I wonder where that offer was the night before) for the second night of our stay. In the end they chose to provide another blow up mattress (which was fine - but again where did it come from?). We didn't use any of the amenities so can't comment on those.

1st time cantoner

Love the place, atmosphere. Accommodations are not for large families unless you pre-plan. Great pool, hot tub, not much to do at the lodge, needs more activities, more adult things. But overall would def come back, loved the canton experience.

Very Disappointed
0 % of users found this review helpful
We were really looking forward to staying at this beautiful campground. Our intention was to stay two months. When booking, we were told there was wifi and we would also be put on a site where we would get good satellite reception for our tv. After the first week there and many complaints about poor wifi signal and satellite reception, the park's computer tech said that we were in the wrong area for these features. We were given a site across the tree line from where the main wifi service was and poor satellite tv for our dish. Knowing that we would be long term campers and knowing what we needed ahead of time, this should never have happened, especially at $ 750 per month.
