Great campground-clean and beautiful beach location-guests though should drive slower-they don't pay attention to the posted speed-10mph-drive too fast for the parks roads and cars trucks and golf carts kick up dust in the dry weather. Otherwise a great location.

I will never go south of MB again, I do not care to camp anywhere I have to worry about theft, violance etc... This was my first trip and someone told me you have the same problems here in season as the others but I really hope not. I will be back many more times and might even try on season some time.

We have always enjoyed our stays at MB Travel park. Park employees are nice and helpful. Always feel safe there. I know nothing can be done about the weather, we usually have a site near the ocean, and this is the first time I have see the tide come in and flood the road and come almost to our camper, making the beach almost unaccessable. Also, they should reconsider the golf cart rule. If nightly campers cannot have a golf cart in the campground, the permanent site folks should stay in the permanent section with their carts,and the rules should be a little more inforced because it appeared some non permanent campers were riding around, but we were told to keep ours parked at campsite.
Park is located in a good place to be able to easily get to lots of attractions and restaurants.
Overall, we like the park for our camping needs..

Myrtle Beach Travel Park is the absolute best campground at the beach. We have come here for many many years and have watched the campground grow and improve each year. It is beautiful and always spotlessly clean. The campsites are large and level. The baths/showers are immaculate and the pools and public areas are also kept in spotless condition. The campground is so safe and secure and we feel comfortable letting our grandchildren roam and play. There are so many activities available. The beach area is so large and so wonderful; the best area at Myrtle Beach. The campground is close to everything you could need; shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The staff at the campground are always so professional and so friendly. We will continue to return here at least once every year.
