Why are you sending members of an established cat colony to their deaths by demanding animal control remove them?

Great park, great experience

Stayed here for a week 2015 and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Spacious sites, fellow campers respectful and staff very friendly. We never went to the pool as we were beach bound, but saw and heard lots of activities going on poolside and people seemed to be enjoying themselves. Bike riding through the park was also nice.

Traveled 700 miles to our former favorite RV park. We were put 1/4 mile from anything; ocean, pools, no beach could be seen or heard. We were put in a spot by the residential housing. We had been promised the 7th row; we normally stay in the 2nd or 3rd row; there were dozens and dozens of empty RV lots. When I questioned the blonde-haired, very thin lady with little girl curls in the office about the discrepancy and the fact I had fibromylgia and other illnesses and could not possibly walk that far, she said, "I have fibromyalgia too!" I said, so you would not want to drive that far and not get the vacation you expected, right? I told her "whoever talked to my husband on the phone about the 7th row", she jumped up and I thought she was going to jump over her desk and out the window of the office saying "Don't you call me a liar!" I said I did not call her a liar, I said "whoever talked to him lied to him". She said, "Well that was me and you can't always get what you are told you will get!" She was absolutely vicious in her mannerisms and actions. We were tired and decided to stay 1 night and leave. I asked for a manager; she called in a so-called manager; he look at me and said, "Do you want it or not!" No help at all. The next day, my husband walked the long distance to the office. He spoke with another very nice blonde-haired lady and she found 2 spots in the 2nd and 4th rows and moved us to the second row. Later in the week, I spoke with the General Manager about how we were treated, he said he would check into it and get back with me. He did not get back with me, even though he took my name and number. It only takes one person to ruin a vacation and she did. Nearly everyone I spoke to on the beach and in the park felt the same way about her. She was nasty to all of them. This has left a "bad taste in my mouth" about this RV Park. This person needs fired! The assistant mgr. needs a course in PR relations; Gen. Mgr. needs to follow thru with promises.
