From the moment we pulled in we found the place to be an oasis in the desert. The complex is simple, ultra-clean and the entire staffade us feel as if we were the only ones there. If you have problems with any of your equipment, someone is there to assist. The clientele were all very friendly and considerate of others. We are full-time RVers and we found this to be one of the top three places we have stayed.

I Can't wait to return! Very friendly staff, nice wide RV sites and well maintained resort. The restrooms were clean! The atmosphere was relaxing and I enjoyed my daily walks with my pet around the ponds. The weekend met all of my expectations and I am very selective as to where I take the RV.

We were So. Cal. RVer's on a short get-away, compared to the many folks from north of the "Frost Line" we met who were on extended stays. We were treated well by your friendly & helpful staff, who were able to resolve a change in our departure date with minimum fuss. We enjoyed the location, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping, golf, hiking, etc. It's freeway close, yet much quieter than several other RV Parks we've used in the local area. The park has all of the amenities you could desire, and is extremely clean & well maintained. The only shortfall was limited range on the WiFi at our campsite. The service was fine near the office and pool complex. We would recommend Shadow Hills to anyone without hesitation, and hope to return soon.

Clean-good location-people friendly. A little noisy because of freeway noise and occational train but not bad--it becomes "White Noise". We will come again and recommend Shadow Hills RV

Third year at the park. Enjoy meeting friends, taking part in all the activities, and relaxing by the pool. Lots to do in the area; hiking, golfing, festivals, tours, shows! The park is very clean with quiet areas and active areas. Friday evening bonfires are a great way to meet new people and share experiences. The improved wifi is working well, sometimes guests forget it is a free service. Will definitely come back to the park.

WE FOUND THIS PARK 4 YEARS AGO AND MET WITH THE MANAGER WHO WAS VERY NICE, WE TOLD HER WE WERE LOOKING FOR A PARK TO COME BACK TO EVERY YEAR FOR 5 OR 6 WEEKS, SHE ASKED THE DATES WE WANTED THEN MARKED A MAP OF THE PARK WITH THE SITES THAT WERE AVAILABLE FOR THESE DATES AND TOLD US THESE PARTICULAR SITES COULD BE RESERVED FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR AND EVERY YEAR AFTER IF WE RESERVED WITH A DEPOSIT BEFORE WE LEFT THE PARK EACH YEAR. [THE SITES NOT AVAILABLE TO US WERE RESERVED FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS]THE LAST THREE YEARS WE ENJOYED THE PARK AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY.... AS ALWAYS LAST YEAR BEFORE LEAVING THE PARK WE PAID OUR DEPOSIT FOR 6 WEEKS AND THE MANAGER ENTERED OUR RESERVATION IN THE COMPUTER SHOWING ALL OF OUR INFO AND OUR SPACE NUMBER AND GAVE US OUR COPY SHOWING OUR SPACE NUMBER WITH NO FINE PRINT OR OTHER STIPULATIONS. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE PARK IN OUR MOTORHOME WE NOTICED SOMEONE ELSE WAS IN OUR SPOT, THINKING THEY WERE JUST CHECKING OUT LATE.... MUCH TO OUR SURPRISE WHEN WE WENT INTO THE OFFICE TO CHECK IN WE WERE TOLD WE HAD BEEN MOVED TO A GRASS SITE WERE THE SPRINKLERS WERE TURNED OFF AND WAS MOSTLY DIRT WHICH FACED THE MAINTENANCE SHED INSTEAD OF THE CONCRETE LANDSCAPED PAD FACING THE PARK AND POOL AREA WE HAD RESERVED FOR 4 STRAIGHT YEARS! WHEN WE ASKED FOR THE MANAGER SHE NEVER EVEN STOOD UP TO COME TO THE COUNTER AND WAS VERY RUDE AND SAT IN HER CHAIR AND TOLD US THEY GAVE OUR SITE TO SOMEONE ELSE AND THEY DID NOT GUARANTEE SITES, THE LADY AT THE COUNTER ASKED TO SEE MY RESERVATION FROM A YEAR AGO THAT SHOWED MY SPACE NUMBER AND AFTER SEEING IT DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING AS IT WAS ALL ON THE RECEIPT! AFTER SHE REFUSED TO MOVE THE GUEST FROM OUR SITE WE TOLD HER THE SITE BEHIND THE BUILDING WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND ASKED FOR OUR DEPOSIT BACK FROM A YEAR AGO... SHE THEN CALLED THE OWNER OF THE PARK AND HE REFUSED TO REFUND OUR DRPOSIT!SINCE THIS IS HIGH SEASON WE COULD NOT FIND ANOTHER PARK FOR OUR 6 WEEK STAY!

VERY PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL...LARGE SPACE, EASY TO ENTER AND EXIT...ALL SERVICES WE NEEDED AVAILABLE. THANKS YOU....

We camped here because of its convenient location to our friends. We only needed utilities and wi-fi. We DID NOT get wi-fi. When I went to the office to get help I received indifference and ATTITUDE. I do not pay $60 for this!!

We enjoy the friendly atmosphere at SHRV along with the well maintained resort. Love the variety of activities to choose from and the staff is most courteous. We love reconnecting with the people we met the year before. We are grateful for a get-away spot like SHRV.

Everything great except a Saturday wind of epic proportions which created much debris and some awning damage.
