Disappointing

Customer service was nonexistent. The campground was clean but we were treated very poorly by staff unwilling to help remedy a reservation that was wrong. Sadly it was our last camping trip of the season and it ended on a very bad note. I could never recommend this campground to my worst enemy. Our children were also very disappointed in the lack of seeing Yogi Bear pretty much the whole reason we stay at Jellystones.

We were there for a family reunion, and had 14 sites together and were confronted by the owner on the third night telling us that our laughter was too loud, even though nobody else was around us. He was very rude and just wanted to argue. We spent over $4,000 as a group. He even spoke disrespectful about his employees in front of us and the employee. We are all good Christians and it was quite disgusting to be treated in such a matter. If you are looking to camp in a group or have more than one person, this is not the place.

Will not be returning

We went to visit some friends for a few hours that were staying at this campground because we were interested in staying ourselves. When we first arrived, we were greeted by the owner sitting in her golf cart telling us that it will cost $5/day per person to visit. (As she was looking in our vehicle) Really? We had 2 adults and 2 kids(toddler and baby) who came to visit . Just to enter the campground, it cost 20 dollars. We were not allowed to park on grass, only in designated areas and then we had to walk to the campsite. The playground smelled like feces. Needless to say, we will not be returning for any camping experience at the Yogi Bear in South Haven. I wouldn't recommend this campground to anyone. Overall, bad experience!
