We always enjoy staying here. Just an idea: I wish they would put bait around the docks, to lure in more fish and create a semi-habitat, so that the fishing experience for kids would be better.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect weekend getaway for those who want to stay close to all the attractions, yet have that out in the woods feeling. Campsite host are the best and very friendly. Sites and grounds are very well maintained and clean. Absolutely worth coming back over and over again!

We had a wonderful time staying in a cabin at the Vineyards this past weekend! They had awesome free activities for children and adults alike! It was a wonderful place, with everything you need right on site! The staff were relaxed and friendly! Everyone was happy and having a great time! We plan to return (with family) within the next two months. It's definitely going to be a new springtime tradition for our family!

Enjoyable but needs extermination in Cabins
0 % of users found this review helpful
Cabins are great and close to the shoreline even in times of low water levels. The only reasonable improvement I would suggest is to exterminate the cabins (5 & 8). The constant stream of ants in the kitchens and bathrooms dampen the spirits of the trip. This is the second year in a row this has an issue. Hopefully it will be fixed before next year.
