We've stayed at Tiger Run many, many times. The setting is second to none and the spaces are very nice. What we find lacking is the amenities offered and the price charged. We've stayed in all three seasons and find you to be higher than almost every place we've stayed. Your peak rate at $70 for a pull thru site is simply criminal. There are far too many places you could survey to see what I'm talking about. Don't get me wrong, it's a lovely place but with a few improvements and a reduction in prices, it might be top notch. Your "store" is really something you shouldn't advertise as it is sub-standard. Check out KOA stores for what a store should carry and look like. Also, while you are looking at KOA's, check out their nightly dinner offering and ice cream shoppe, they are fantastic. Anyway, Tiger Run is a really nice place, it could just be much more if only...

The overall ambience is very nice. I was dissappointed at the appearance of many of the units allowed to be left here. It is advertised as a more upscale location. Some units are simply falling apart. They do not allow truck campers but I can tell you the ones I am familiar with are in far better shape than some of these units. That said I might come back. It is a very nice park but certainly a soup to nuts place with what is allowed here.

Overall not a bad place. The showers were VERY moldy in the Women's bathroom. The "owners" are very rude and snotty. The staff was friendly and helpful. Internet connection is terrible. All other services average. RV site level.

This place is the best value in Breck. and may have more facilities than any other resort. The park is quiet,private and friendly. Many places DO allow pets and it adds a lot to the neighborhood feel. The cabins are great with a wide choice of offerings...everything from basic but complete to two bedroom and luxurious. The resort is in the perfect location, just a few miles from the Gondola and a few miles from Hyw.70 accessing the other ski areas and retail stores. The views are as good as it gets in Summit county, the streets are quiet and walker friendly and the facilities are off the chart. It sure beats walking down a 100 ft. hallway, up 3 fights with baggage or groceries in a big hotel with no ambience and vacationers partying next door!
