We stayed in a river chalet which was well furnished and had very amenity needed. Very pleasant with a gas fireplace.

Own a class A coach and need only pad: During the ski season it would be nice if there was an option to check out around 4pm. This would allow for a full ski day vs. the current 11am check out. Tiger Run expects you to pay for an additional evening for the few hours needed. It's not like there is a waiting list for pads in the winter. Hopefully they will provide an option for the skier. Everything else is pretty good.

Tiger Run Management is doing a great job. The lodge, pool and hot tubs are now always working and clean. The only issue was the light out over the men's bathrooom sinks.

I Love This Stuff

Best of the Best. I have owned three RV's over a period of twenty years. I now have a new 40' diesel pusher Class A, and I tow a dingy. I have driven tens of thousands of miles, and traveled through most States in the U.S. from coast to coast. Tiger Run Resort is my favorite. The Park itself is beautifully laid out, and well maintained. The facilities are in good working order, and the landscaping is a nice mix of flowers and stone with natural habitat trees. The spaces and interior roadways are roomy for maneuvering big rigs, plus the enjoyment of being spacious when parked and/or hosting guests. The Resort staff is always courteous and helpful. Tiger Resort's geographic location situated in the heart of the Rocky Mountains; on the Blue River, near Breckenridge and Silverthorne provides for a broad array of entertainment, and personal services; year 'round. This is an excellent place for novice RVers, or the well traveled. If you're on I70 passing through Colorado, don't miss this place.

Great Family Fun

We've visited Tiger Run with our young children several times, and always look forward to our next trip. If you're looking for a rugged outdoor adventure without modern amenities, this may not be your place. But, if you want to visit a campground with fantastic staff, first-rate amenities, level sites, beautiful landscaping, comfortable recreation for little ones, and unparalleled proximity to the best of Summit County, we can't recommend Tiger Run enough.

October

We thought the resort and facilities were very top-end. But I couldn't connect to the internet-much too complicated for a non-techie like me. We were there the 10th of October and it rained freezing rain most of the night. Guess that's about normal, but everybody should know it's already freezing by then. There had already been at least one snow.

Fall Fun
0 % of users found this review helpful
Tiger Run is definitely the nicest RV park we've ever been to. We expected fall colors in Oct and instead got snow and more snow, but our group of 15 including 8 kids, had a blast. The ammenities of the park are fabulous and its location near Breckenridge, Keystone, and Frisco made it perfect as a hub for days spent exploring the towns. Can't wait to come back. We may end up parking our trailer here for the winter so we have a place to stay when we come to the mountains to ski.

We have been going to Tiger Run for about 7 years and like the improvements we see this year. The pool looks great, the sidewalks, front entrance gate, and overall appearance were much nicer. We wait until fall to go up for one reason only...the price. At the going rate of almost $80 a night in the Summer, we just choose to not go there. We pass the resort to go other places. I like the Fall Special and hope you have huge success with it. It is a beautiful time to go up. I wish you would do the same type thing for Front Range customers in the summer on weekends when you have extra capacity. You could use FB, or twitter to send out annoucements of specials on a Wed for that weekend. I bet you would get customers who follow you to fill up those empty spaces. In addition, you could send out announcements on Monday for a Wed Thursday special and maybe package it with a golf deal.
