We were assigned a site on short notice. The pools were nice - a heated, no-diving pool, a couple of kiddie pools - one with buckets dropping water on your head! - and a hot tub (not very hot and not very bubbly). There was a 'pool monitor' who was very diligent but not an overbearing life guard. The covered bridge walkway from store to pool/lake side of campground was a nice touch. The main roads were paved but very narrow. The campground was hopping at 11 pm Saturday night, and did not calm down until long after we went to bed. The site was not very level and the water source was kinda weird - a whole bunch of connected hoses lying on the ground with the occasional spigot for hookup. We tried to play mini-golf - fairly inexpensive - on a very neglected course. It should have been free because the course was in total disrepair. The campground area where we stayed is on hilly terrain, so if you are not in good shape for walking you may wish to request a site down by the pool.
