Good place but need to address timer issue in bathroom

Good campground and bathrooms are clean and nice, except for two things: 1) No place to put your things while in the shower— need to hang shower caddy from shower head so there is at least a place to put shampoo and soap and 2) Need to increase the time on the shutoff timer for lights in the bathroom. Pitch dark while taking a shower is not acceptable. Having to drip water through your only dry changing area to wave your hand to get lights back on is not acceptable. Thx.

If you like surly ownership, this is the place for you

When we arrived for a 5 night stay to attend a fiberglass trailer rally, we were told that the system was down and to come back in a few hours. When we were finally directed to a spot, it was completely flooded; I stepped into ankle deep water. I tried calling the office and despite the fact that there had been two young women in the office and no other customers were around, it went to voicemail. I drove back to the office through the thick mud to complain in person. The clerk said that the "ground drains real fast here" but I told her that I was under the impression that it was a bad idea to plug in anything electrical when standing in a pool of water. She said she would call the owner and I should wait in my car. About 20 minutes later, a man drove up in a golf cart and said he had looked at the space and would take me to another. I was taken to an entirely different place on the grounds which was much drier and also wasn't located among a bunch of huge RVs that were apparently installed year old as evidenced by their built-in decks and elaborate yard decorations. I got out, checked my level and decided to try to get the trailer a little leveler. As I got back in the car, he shouted "What is it NOW?"I explained and he replied "you people want everything perfect!" and drove away. Later in the day and more attendees arrived, we found everyone the organizers) had received the same indifferent-to-surly service. One participant, who had paid through Sunday wanted to leave immediately but was told she would get no refund. Despite that, she stayed only two nights and left 3 days before the rally's end. Only the weather and the beauty of the surrounding bluffs keeps me from giving this place a bad review in every category.
