Rented a cabin, had bed bugs. Called the owner after returning home and realizing what they were after finding a bed bug in our camping bedding while doing laundry. Owner seemed at first to not know what I was talking about and then I mentioned that only after stay, while attempting to look up the phone number online to call and notify them of what we found, I seen several reviews referring to bed bugs in their cabins.
Only then did he admit that they had them "But they were taken care of". Well... Obviously not!! Then proceeded to argue with me that they had. Yikes! How about an apology that they clearly needed to address the issue again??? No.
No offer for refund of stay or discount to come back and try again. Not even an appropriate apology.
Pool was nice, The rest was just OK.
