    Not a happy camper

The sign on Main Street is so small I drove right by it on my first attempt to find it. When I called to make reservations I was told they had only one site left and they gave me the number. However, when I checked in another Motorhome was in the site and I was given another site. The place had all kinds of open spots so don't believe what the RV staff tell you on how many sites are left to rent. This RV resort claims Free WIFI the truth is their system is very spotty and difficult to get onto or stay on; so I call that NO WIFI. The Cable TV network does not include ESPN and the office hours are only 9:00 to 4:00! When I checked in I found out the city of Mesa does not allow delivery of LP Gas you have to go outside the park to fill your tank, meaning to need to unhook and drive your RV to be filled up, and then set up again after returning. Office staff are on the independent side with zero flexibility with little or no caring about the customer. This is a very poor reflection of ownership and management who have trained the staff to follow only the company line and don't care about customers who pay the bills. Hot tub had no jets going and the water sometimes is not very hot. If your in a Motorhome of any kind it is parked for the most part on gravel and the sewer hook up sometimes is high and it is hard to get a fall for the sewer line. The park is old and while the main office looks newer the inside is dated. On a positive side the park did have some good entertainment during our stay. On vender day the park had a variety of venders on site. My wife and I will never consider Mesa Spirt RV park in the future.
